Karene Gibb our lovely energetic Customised Disability Employment Specialist. Karene’s energy comes from her lived experience with 2 young sons with diverse needs. She understands the need and want to ensure youth have every opportunity to achieve their life goals, grab opportunities and have someone to help to create those opportunities. Karene’s training within the Employment sector is focused on the discovery process leading to job carving customised employment, and micro enterprise. TLC Support WA’s decision to team up with Karene was due to her unwavering fortitude and devotion to change the lives of people with diverse needs.
