I would like to introduce Jenny as our Client Empowerment Officer (Support Co) in the South West. Jenny has both lived and employment experience in the Disability industry and has lived Local for many years. Her extensive knowledge of services and navigating the NDIS system is due to her personal involvement having daughter with a disability. Although Jenny does not profess to knowing all, our team works very closely together to ensure our clients receive the service they need and deserve. Her ability to understand, listen and keep in touch with client needs is second to none. Jennys accute awareness of what a good service looks like is what drives her back into the industry, she has a need to make a change and a willingness to learn how to make that happen.
