Social and Community

Social and Community participation support helps participants get out and enjoy the things that matter to them. Whether it's joining a sporting club, volunteering, attending events or visiting friends, our support workers help make it happen.

We match participants with workers who share their interests, so outings feel natural and enjoyable. Over time, this support helps participants build connections, grow their confidence and become active members of their community.

Daily Living

Daily Living support helps participants with the everyday tasks that keep life running smoothly at home. This can include personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication prompts and keeping on top of routines and appointments.

We work with each person, their family and their NDIS plan to provide support in a way that respects their choices, dignity and privacy. The aim is always to build independence while making sure the right help is there when it's needed.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Creating a waitlist — to be provided soon when registered

Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides help with daily tasks in a shared or individual home, so participants can live as independently as possible. Support can include personal care, cooking, cleaning, managing routines and building the skills to run a household.

TLC Support WA is preparing to offer SIL and is creating a waitlist now. Register your interest through our contact form and we'll be in touch as soon as we are registered to provide this support.

D&D Group

Our D&D Group brings participants together for tabletop role-play games in a relaxed, welcoming space. Players build characters, work as a team and tell stories together, guided by support workers who keep sessions fun and inclusive for every skill level.

Along with the adventure, the group builds communication, problem-solving, turn-taking and friendships. It's a great way for participants who love games, fantasy and creativity to connect with people who share their interests.

Social Sparks

Social Sparks is our small-group program for participants who want to grow their social confidence in a supportive environment. Sessions mix fun activities with gentle practice of everyday social skills such as starting conversations and working with others.

Groups are kept small so every participant gets the attention they need. Our team celebrates each person's progress and helps them carry their new skills into school, work and community life.

Skill Building Group

The Skill Building Group focuses on practical life skills that help participants become more independent. Topics can include cooking, budgeting, using public transport, shopping and staying safe in the community.

Sessions are hands-on and paced to suit each person, with support workers breaking tasks into achievable steps. Participants learn alongside peers, building both capability and the confidence to try new things.

High Intensity Supports

High Intensity Supports are delivered for participants with complex health needs, such as bowel care, enteral feeding, dysphagia, catheter care, subcutaneous injections, wound care, epilepsy, tracheostomy and ventilator support.

Our support workers complete specialised training and a practical sign-off for each participant before delivering these supports. Every support follows the participant's care plan and their health professional's instructions, in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.
